When you contacted the office at 10:am that morning, you stated that you were not happy with the upgrade from a limo to a limo party Mercedes luxury coachAlso you didn't see any coolers with Ice or beveragesI stated where the coolers were and what they contained, which you replied okI also talked to you about the upgrade which you were fineI told you I would call the Driver Robert to go over everything with you , again you said ok.In your email you to the Revdex.com you stated you called times and I hung up on you??? But in your other email you stated I did talk to you???Then you obviously called a second time and asked for me, but I leave the office at 10:every Saturday to go get lunches to bring to my customersSo I def! could not have hung up on you two other timesBut who did answer was [redacted] , whose name you stated in the original complaint as of talking to that Saturday morningIf you didn't talk to her how would you know her name ??? So the whole story of calling and being hung up on is not true, as stated in YOUR email to NFWT.Again you state you called times all day , but before it was strictly in the morningThe story changes every time with this complaint, but my response has been the sameThis seems to be a way to on your end extort money from NFWTYou went on a wine tour, went to all Vineyards, had a HUGE upgrade in the car service, had plenty of water soda and ice( as I said previously,we even added extra soda and water for the women who was pregnant ), no mention of the Champagne until you contacted me 1/MONTHS later on July ***I have included all the documents in this email as well as the prior, to show my consistency and all of your inaccurate lies

The response contains falsehoodsWe contracted for a limo and were not provided oneWe were not notified of the switch at any point. We were not provided ice, a cooler, napkins or cups on the day of, as originally contracted forThere was nothing for us to drink between wineries - no water, no soda, nothing. I called Michael three times on the day of the tour to express my discontent and he hung up on me three timesPhone records would demonstrate that.

NFWT Respond,Here is the response and truth to the email you sent to the BB , which by far is one of the most fabricated stories ever. Please see the Attachments that I have supplied.First you stated that you contracted a limo with beverage service, for your wine tour of 6 hours ( not 5-6 ). Said in...

the Revdex.com email that a van arrived. But in the email that I have provided from you, you stated it was a party bus. Which it was, a 14 pass 2016 Mercedes Executive limo style Party Bus, mot a VAN!! It was a upgrade, do to the problems we had with the 10 pass limo getting into the accident the night before. NOT A VAN.You State that I never contacted you, but in the opening of your email you state " Thank You for asking for my feed back " Another Lie.Bottle Service was provided and your bottle of Champagne was chilled. You blamed it on us. Impossible. I have provided the documents that shows ( and I know also being in the wine tour business for over 18 years ) that a bottle of room temperature Champagne cannot go bad unless it is 4-6 years old. My Bus ( not van ) was equipped with coolers Ice, Soda, and alot of water. As a matter of fact you had one of your guests whop were pregnant and we supplied extra water and soda because she could not drink!You stated that you called and I hung up on you , in the email to the Revdex.com. Then in your email to me ,said ( about me ) " I would get in touch with our driver and see what happened" Which is it , Again condescending. Both Lies. I am out in the field every saturday. You spoke to my Manager [redacted] whom you listed in this complaint. She sated about the accident the night before and we "hugely" upgraded you to the Mercedes, for the inconvenience. To your responce was "ok" what else can we do. So then we also put and extra hour on the back end for your group. This whole complaint is a lie, you are just looking to extort money from a hard working family man. Please see your email to me and to Revdex.com. Everyone will agree with me!
