Revdex.com: I received the refund check today from The Preserve, whom I filed a complaint against. I received the check in the amount of $950. I wasn't awarded the full amount of $1,000 of which I paid for a security deposit. The lease state the $50 "leasing fee" is nonrefundable. Thank...
