I hired Raptor Treescapes on September 10th To trim some trees back off the pool area and grass line He said he was insured and bonded and would even do an L shape to make tree line look even we said he did not have to but we said ok He seemed really nice We made the mistake of paying him upfront even though he said we did not have too my husband shook his hand and said we have a gentlemen' s agreement But a friend referred him so we thought he would do the jobHe started the work his equipment broke understandable he left some stuff at our house Came back did some more yard work said he would be back the next day to finish never called or showed up we called him it was like pulling teeth He does not communicate or complete his work Needless to say the main thing we wanted done was never done we learned a lesson and will never use this person again A week later still looking at unfinished corner we are going to call someone else to finish the job Stay away he has no business sense when it comes to communication and does not complete the job and his phone does not work half the time very hard to get a hold of

Didn't follow through on finishing job as promised When we called we always got a different answer on when he was going to return and then would never call back The fourth time we called he actually said he'd be here the next day at 11:and never showed At least have the decency to tell me you're not coming Would not recommend this company

Great individual,who is quick and precise in dealing with all my requests Mainly handles my tax returns and does a fantastic job Always provides insight to improve my tax liability each year

I hired this service to do tree work at 2 locations. They completed the first job without incident so I went ahead and paid them for both jobs and was told they would return in the morning as they still had a job 2 houses away to complete. This was 10 days ago and they still have not returned to complete my job or the neighbors or return my calls or money.
