Lied to us about safety features, gave us a car to drive off the lot without all of the lugnutsMy husband is a disabled veteran, we drove to Raleigh because [redacted] recommended North Hill Auto Sales to us. We bought a Jetta from them on Tuesday. They cleared codes and lied about what codes were pulled from the check engine light, said they would replace the tired and battery-lied about whether it was done, let [redacted] drive it off the lot without all the lug nuts, then said it was our fault that we picked it up early, lied about replacing lug nuts, lied to[redacted] about the car being ready. They put our lives at risk, repeatedly lied to us and our bank and I hope nobody else is ripped of by this unethical dealership. Unfortunately we are stuck with the carDesired SettlementWe would like to return the car, since we have serious doubts about its safety and reliability

Was told to take my vehicle that I just purchased from them to a Honda dealership and it wouldn't cost me anything and it costs me over $100.I was made a purchasers promise by the dealer that everything would be in perfect working order when I paid for the 2006 Honda Odyssey. They had to replace a electric door motor in the passenger side slidingdoor due to the fact that they removed it for a prior customer. [redacted] called me the day I took ownership of the vehicle to say it was done and ready for pickup. Drove 2 hours one way, and when I get there, the door in question is unresponsive. NHM proceeds to tell me that I need to take it to a Honda dealership in my town to get the Odysseys computer reset to be able to recognize the door and it's newly installed motor. They assure me it won't cost me a dime to get this done. That is the only reason I agreed to take it myself to the Honda dealership in my town. So I do so and come to find out that it is gonna cost me 104.95 to get this done and the Honda dealership proceeds to tell me that this procedure may not get the door in working order. North Hills Motors was to get this vehicles door in working order when I purchased the vehicle from them and now I'm having to pay another dealership to "try" and fix it for 104.95. It's North Hills Motors responsibility to see that this get fix out of their pocket and not mine. They refused to give me a letter of guarantee to fix the door if the computer reset doesn't fix the door. So they're already backing out of their customer/dealer promise of purchase contract. We shook hands on the deal. Desired SettlementI want North Hills Motors to pay the [redacted] service bill to get the sliding door in working order like they were supposed to do in the begining. And if in such time has passed to were I had to pay [redacted] I want North Hills Motors to reemburse me for the cost.

I purchased a car on 9/11/15 from North Hills Motors. As of today, the car is inoperable and will cost at least $3,000 to repair.I purchased a 2003 BMW 330xi (VIN# WBAEWXXXXXPGXXXXX) from North Hills Motors on 9/11/15. The next day (9/12/15), I contacted them regarding an oil light that came on and to discuss the sporadic right headlight. [redacted] the owner's sister, informed me that she spoke with her brother and he said to take the car and have the oil changed immediately. I took the car to [redacted] (Invoice# XXXXXXXXXXXXBAY2) and had the oil changed. On 11/14/15, I attempted to start the car and it would not start. A roadside assistance technician came to jump the battery, but the car would not start. A mobile repairman with [redacted] performed a diagnostic check for the BMW on 11/16/15. He discovered I would need an instrument cluster. I contacted [redacted] of Raleigh regarding the price of an instrument cluster for the car. The price for a new instrument cluster is $1007.00, labor not included. On 11/18/15, I went to North Hills Motors and spoke with one of the owners regarding the repair. I produced a copy of the diagnostic check to him. He assured me the repairman was incorrect and the problem could be fixed for $70.00. Also, he told me his mechanic would come to my home and personally take a look at the car the next day (11/19/15). On 11/19/15, [redacted] and I set up an arrival time for their mechanic. Their mechanic agreed to arrive by 6:00 p.m. At 5:50 p.m., I received a call from a woman stating that the mechanic couldn't come without an explanation. On 12/9/15, I had the car towed to [redacted] Automotive. After speaking with them today, my repair bill is currently $620 and more testing is required to properly diagnose the issue with the car. We discussed the total amount I would need to properly fix the car. The total amount would be $3,000.00.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund of my down payment ($2000.00) and the ability to return the 2003 BMW 330xi to North Hills Motors.

The vehicle we purchased we had to wait almost a week to pick it up, because they were going "...to do an oil change and tune up..." Well when we picked it up, we had to wait AGAIN, for a missing handle to open the door, when we took it off the lot it started hesitating a few days later, but we couldn't take it in because the radiator went. The next week we took to Nissan to repair whatever the crap warranty would cover(that still cost us almost $300). A couple of months later the alternator and battery had to be replaced(almost $450), the next month a $400 valve(?), next up the $300 02 sensor, brakes, air conditioner, and the engine light will not go off...even after being reset by mechanics... With that being said it seems this dealership sells a lot of lemons...","neg-1
