Review: I joined the NIBCA with the understanding that I was to receive a "welcome" newspaper article featuring my business as well as a specific introduction to other members with the opportunity to present my company and services. I waited for quite some time for the offers to be presented. When they were not, I contacted [redacted] at the NIBCA and she was very apologetic and said that a computer hack had occupied the attention of the association and that this would be remedied. To date there has been no follow through on their commitment to my company even though all fees have been paid in full. [redacted] has informed me that there will be no refund as per NIBCA by laws. I suggested that their welcome letter contain verbiage "that there is a chance that the NIBCA may or may not follow through on commitments used to entice membership".No response to date.Desired Settlement: Full refund of fees as well as a formal written apology for not following through on their offer to my company.
