I answered this yesterday...not sure where it went.  We can fully appreciate that the [redacted] are frustrated by a delay in their project being done.  We wish to use our best contractor to fulfill their exacting standards and unfortunately he has other projects which have taken longer than...

anticipated due to adds and weather challenges.  We anticipate the project being done in the next 1-2 weeks.  If the [redacted] wish a refund we are more than happy to give it and let them locate another contractor.  Otherwise we are more than willing to fulfill their project requirements...we just had to get through the projects ahead of theirs in the schedule.  And for the delay we apologize.

[redacted] - So sorry - we will be more than happy to refund you your order.  And our installer is a real person.  And you truly were on the schedule...best of Luck to you and [redacted]!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: We have been told several times that their "guy" will be out to do our project at our home.  I was told personally by [redacted] that the "guy" works for another builder.  Interesting how we were never were given a first name.  Please find attached a copy of the quote we received March 3, 2016.  Notice the schedule date hand written on the quote.  The reason we are no longer continuing with North Idaho Masonry & Hardscape is because we were given multiple time frames when our project would be completed the following week and then received no phone call as to why they never showed up.  To vent my frustration,  on Tuesday, April 26 I went into their office and spoke with [redacted].  I was given another schedule date, Friday, April 29th at 8:00 am.  Again, no one showed up and we received no phone call for as to why.  We still haven't received a scheduled date.  Per North Idaho Masonry & Hardscape's response to my complaint, "We anticipate the project being done in the next 1-2 weeks."  I suspect this type of response could have gone on for a long time.  All it would have taken is sorry for the delay, which we graciously received, example: "Your scheduled date is June 6, 2016," or some other reasonable date.  We understand things happen, but not for months on end.  At the time of the end of my rope we had no idea if mid-summer, October, or next year was the projected date of our project.  I am sorry for our resolve to ask for our half-done, amount of $955.06, back.  I hope the best for [redacted] and [redacted] in their future endeavors.
