Review: We called this company to resurface a stamped concrete patio they put in for us a few years ago. Whatever it is they sprayed on the concrete turned into thousands of bubbles - many up to two inches in diameter. They also patched the few cracks we had with a color that is so different from the original, it is almost comical. We called them repeatedly to see if they could fix it (they never answer the phone). Despite promising to come out to fix the damage on the one time they actually returned our call, they still haven't shown up several weeks later.Desired Settlement: We expect them to either repair the damage they have caused or reimburse us the cost of having another company repair the damage.

Review: I contracted with these folks to color and seal the stamped concrete patio.

They arrived, and never colored, but only sealed - yet they sealed on a extremely HOT day, which resulted in the sealant now showing as hazy white patches all over completely ruining the color and appearance of the stamped concrete.

They also installed the stamped concrete and said they would rejuvenate this. However, they sealed the concrete.

They entered into a contract with us, we paid them a $500 deposit. They came, destroyed out pool patio deck, and never came back nor honored their contract.Desired Settlement: I want the pool deck restored to it's ~ 6 year old condition, where it looks like it was promised in the pre-sales of how it would be rejuvenated.

We re-sealed the job as per contract. After job was completed, the [redacted] told my guy that they wanted color added, which is not normally part of a re-seal procedure. We told them there was nothing we could do at this point as sealer had just been applied as it's not good to add another coat right after. They were supposed to call us when they got back from their vacation, but myself or any of my office staff has no re-collection of them calling us back. We have not gotten any phone calls this spring either. Also, at the point when it happen, the only issue was the fact that no color was added to job, the hazy white patches Mr [redacted] is referring too in the complaint is news to us too. We are willing fix sealer issue as long as we get paid the balance that is due to us.

They certainly have their opinion. We had placed calls after our vacation. The sealer was applied on a hot day, even the applier said it might be a problem. As he was the expert, who are we to guess that it wouldn't look horrible when done.

We'll pay any balance IF you ever complete the job.

As for the color, why is the color lost in the 1st place? The initial application was done improperly apparently as well. I'm assuming you can't stand behind your work nor your product.

Can't imagine how anybody looking at a patio, which I have 100's of pictures shared with the prime contractor [redacted] Pools regarding the poor application from day 1 of the job.

within 1 year color was flaking off. You "fixed" it that year. Then within a year, again, large spots of bare concrete showing.

Why can't your professionals that show up make the right determination? Are they not trained on what is proper or acceptable?
