They took my money and I never received anything the girl in the office toldme she would provide me with apartments and make some appointments **never happened )) ! Don, t waste yo hard earned money all I wanted was a simple room for rent , the girl lied after I paid I never got a phone call and I never wass able to get her back on the phone scammers dont do it walk away bestte run instead … dont do it yourll be scammed too after I did alittle homework myself I found out they have moved their office every 6 months for the past 4 years in a row … hmmmmm makes you think they are running from people like you and me . Stay away from them really stay away they also use many different names I found one that was njr339 and another bestrentalsinjersey please warning beware dont do it they scammers

If I could have chosen NO Stars I would have. I paid $100.00 on their web site only to find nothing available for rent, places gone over several weeks and one landlord said they didn't even have an apartment for rent ever. BIG SCAMMERS THAT'S ALL THEY ARE. After they get your money there's no more contact with them. They never answer the phone, or call you back after you paid them. What a Big waste of money. Do your self a favor DO NOT USE NJRENTALS ALSO KNOWN AS BESTRENTALSINJERSEY AND NJR339. I imagine there's more. I should have realized that since one company who has several different web sites and different company addresses was only looking to avoid the people they scammed already.

Review: I paid for a service in this business that I pretty much never received, they were supposed to help me find an apartment, instead I got a very bad service, the representatives always told me excuses and empty promises and never got the job done. When I very respectfully requested a refund after one moth of this poor service, the customer service representative said that they were transferring the information to the business owner, which is the person that processes refunds. Supposedly they were going to contact me, but they never did. I Few weeks later I went back to the business and the rep told me that my refund was in "pending" status, so I waited and never got my money or even a call from the "owner", I called several other times and it was still "pending". At this point it's been almost two months and I still haven't received my money back. It seems that they keep feeding me lies not to give me my money. I still haven't been able to contact the owner. I was given an email to contact him and I've sent him many messages about the situation but never got a response back. They want to ignore me and expect me to get tired of it and forget, but it was $150 that I paid and cannot afford to lose just like that.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: I was told that I woukd be able to use their service to find an apartment and no luck I have placed several calls to the compant no answer and no response back to the email. I have yet to heasr back from any if the listing on thier website. I am now out of $150 and still have to find a place to live.Desired settlement: I want my money back and for thwm to stoo scamming people out of their hard earned money. Review: All they want is your money. Before you sign up with them they offer to work with you to find you an apartment, and talk to landlords to negotiate a dog. Once you register and pay the fee, they'll email you the first few times but then you get no help from them. None of the landlords were willing to negotiate having a pet, which customer service told me that the landlords would be willing to do so if the pet was under 25 lbs. When you try calling, half the time no one picks up. when they finally do pick up it's the same lies all the time. they claim someone will work on your case and call back with leads to apartments and no one does. If not they'll call landlords claiming to be you and make appointments without even informing you they did so. Or they'll tell me to search the website that they have new apartments all the time, LIES! half the apartments are already rented, or they won't take pets, and some weren't even for rent to begin with. One landlord had no idea that this website has his information because he never signed up with them or posted the apartment for rent there. He had only posted on craigslist. So i'm pretty sure half of these apartments they find on craigslist and put them up on their website as their own. You can't see any information on the apartment until after you pay their $150 fee. It' a complete scam and ripoffDesired Settlement: I want my $150 back. I know it isn't much but its just out of principle. If you offer someone a service and they pay you, you come through on what you offered.

Review: I signed on to be provided service in obtaining an apartment. Spoke to an agent prior to registering and was told they had exclusive listings, and help schedule appointments. You can work with an agent via email or over the phone. Within the first week, any listings I called were rented (and some rented months ago), majority of listing were taken from [redacted] list. Review: I went through this company to help me find an apartment because I am unable to because I work everyday. I paid 150.00 dollars up front for the service and this company is not doing their job so I would like my money back. I am emailing everyday because the contract states for me to keep emailing them to let them know that I am still interested in their services on helping me find an apartment and basically I am the one calling the landlords to schedule appointments every time I call Rentals In Jersey to ask them why I haven't had any appointments yet and it has been going on 3 weeks they always state to me and I quote I am working on your file right now. I ask how can that be possible when I haven't had any appointments. The contract states for me to contact them with the id's of the apartments I would like to see as well with the days and times I am able to go and I email this company every day saying I can go Monday-Friday anytime after 2:30 and nothing has happened yet. I am on a time sensitive situation because I am on section 8 and they are giving me a time frame on when I am able to get an apartment. I am requesting a full refund since I am the one that has to call the landlords which is suppose to be rentals in jersey job that is why I paid they were suppose to have specific days and times from the landlord so I can look at apartments instead they have nothing. This company is a rip off I am a single parent and I cannot afford to just give away money.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund because the company is not doing what they stated they would do I am doing their job.

Review: I am seeking an Apartment in New Jersey and so finding this website I called. They said they were associated with Revdex.com. In the past other Agencies said the same ( different states ) and never had a problem until now. I paid $150.00 dollars via PAY PAL on 9/11/2015. I received an email - with a registration number of 531 and password with a username for the website. I was asked to email back as to my days of availability for apartments to be seen. I did that. For one week - I would call some landlords who listed their numbers via the agency and all I was told is no we are not with the agency and no we do not have apartments for rent. So I was like oh ok - then the rest of the listings on the site has to be done through the Agency. I called for a week straight and left number of messages. NO ONE CONTACTED ME. My mother stepped in to help because I am a deaf person. So if you can communicate via the email I provided please do. Easier communication. She got on the phone, was told the agency will contact me and they never did. A week later again using a DIFFERENT phone number she called and got them again. They did email me twice more as to apartments they called and left a message with the landlords. But no one called, no one contacted me to see how it was going. The last two weeks I called them almost daily to speak with them. I decided to take a chance and block my call to them. They answered that time. I spoke with ANNA who will then talk to her Manager to email/call me. It's been two weeks. I've been leaving messages daily on their answer machines with no call backs. I AM AT WITS end because this is showing it is a SCAM. They claim they have been around for 20 years. So please help here Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $150 dollars. It's going to be almost a month since I signed up. I have not SEEN ONE apartment since 9/11/2015 when I signed up with the Agency. Review: I paid this company $150.00 to assist with providing rental listing information in my search for an apartment. This company GUARANTEES updated viable rentals that match the customer's criteria. This is a verbatim statement from their website on the Join Today Tab. In addition this company failed to respond to any of my emails to them trying to schedule appointments. When you dial their Customer Service line, it is difficult to get someone on the line, and they never returned any of my phone calls. The apartment I finally rented was found on my own, through Craigslist, without any assistance from North Jersey Rentals. Once I moved, I still continued to reach out to them, this time wanting a refund of the $150.00 I paid them. I spoke with someone named [redacted] who was supposed to speak with her manager & get back in contact with me. No one ever got back in contact with me. Again I have tried calling and emailing them to no avail.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund at this point in full for $150.00. Any assistance you can provide me would be great.
