Hello, The package was picked up by a lady...we checked her ID and she signed the pin pad for receiving the pkgWe only release pkg to the people whose ID matches the name on the pkg and if the name doesn't match we check to see if the address on the id matches the address on the pkgI showed evan the surveillance footage and he claims he doesn't know anyone like thatI advised him to file a lost pkg claim with the sender of the pkg, which he didn't and I advise him to dispute the charge with his Credit card company to stop the payment on this cardWe followed the proper policies and procedure to release the pkg at the UPS Store,for checking the ID of the person which can also been seen on the surveillanceThanks for reaching out to us and let me know if there is anything you need from our endThanks, NIRAV The UPS Store 864- [redacted] The UPS Store #1708-C Augusta St Greenville, SC 864-421-(W) 864-421-(F)

Tell us who she is and why you believe it was ok to release it to her? Do you know her personally? Your unprofessional store practices, are making me highly agitated that I have to continue to explain why you should be held accountable of reimbursing me for my merchandise, which is because you gave it away!! I didn't give it away or give you my permission for you to give it away! Unless the person had my ID or permission to obtain the package then it should not have been given to her You showed me the video surveillance and I confirmed that I did NOT know the person on the video nor the signature that was in your electronic file that you've done nothing with You have the absurd idea that the sender should be responsible for reimbursing me for a package that they sent, when your store and staff clearly are at fault for giving it away You are indicating, what you "told me to do" and that is file a complaint with the sender I actually have filed a complaint with the vendor and my credit card company and neither are at fault for something that you and your staff did Nirav! You owe me the full amount of my package which is $ The matter will not be resolved, until the UPS store is held financially accountable for reimbursing my money for giving my package away to a lady they checked ID that had no affiliation or authority to represent me When you give someones package to the wrong person, you are at fault When can I expect to receive my check? I advised him to file a lost pkg claim with the sender of the pkg, which he didn't and I advise him to dispute the charge with his Credit card company to stop the payment on this card.
We followed the proper policies and procedure to release the pkg at the UPS Store,for checking the ID of the person which can also been seen on the surveillance.
