bad, we did give a warranty of 2 year / 24,000 miles. We warranty the parts and labor.
This is the only job that we did on the car.
The car was never on the lift, it was driven on a four post drive on lift. If the vehicle fell off of a lift, it would have been totaled.
Customer left the vehicle at our facility for over three month because he couldn't afford to pay right away and that he had problems with the police because his other car was impounded because of a legal license plate on that car. We did not charge storage. Storage cost is [redacted] day.
He also got mad because we told him that we do not accept bank checks, only cash/cards and certified checks.

Why is he not staying on the topic and making false claims about some police incident . That is legal for making those accusations .I know three other people were he has screwed over big-time. I don't know them personally but they're a friend of a friend. I asked my friend if you could get in contact with them because one is furious . There's an [redacted] across the street and we go in there for something and told him about DNR across the street . They had a lot to tell me. They worked on some guys truck and he was driving and the wheel fell off. Which mine is about to too. They told me the people at the auto parts store told [redacted] not to come in because he was scamming all parts for new parts . The truck is pretty much totaled . If you price out to put a new starter on it would run around [redacted] with parts and labor not [redacted] . The starter which is brand-new it's making weird noises. I never got a two year warranty and if I did , I wouldn't want him working on anything I own . I'm with the Revdex.com and I took a big lost I'm going investment and lost everything so I'm rebuilding. To pay that much for a van just to sit in front of the house is putting me back in the hole . This is so wrong that these mechanics can get away with murder .when I first confronted him he told me what do I expect it's a old van. Right before my starter went out I just change the oil and tuned it up. I was always keeping up with the maintenance with that vehicle. I've been in business since I was 22 and if I'm doing the Victorian house and I did a [redacted] job, I don't think I would get too far by telling them what do you expect it's an old house . When I was talking to him , he was getting very frustrated because I was calling him out on everything he was saying. I told him he's the owner of a business and you want to protect your business name so why wouldn't he check the van before he released it . I have no problem of him not excepting a check. I came back there the next day and just like the day before , I had some excuse where I cream pick it up during the day and it was nine or 10 o'clock at night where he was back and I was able to pick it up . I even said something to him about how I was running like [redacted] and his excuse was the cold weather. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited till the next day and figured out that the van was pretty much totaled .Why did I get a it back leaking brake fluid (I work on nice homes in that Van never leaked and that would limit to me to drive on someone's driveway and unload my van )my dashboard lights don't work, I've huge dance, glass is shattered and everything underneath the vehicle is messed up. I had one of my buddies that is a mechanic look at it and he pointed out all the obvious stuff like new used passenger turn signal, he pointed out where he tried bringing the dents in and you can tell because of the different screws and where he tried to fix it it's pretty much clean and not uniform with the rest of it .I have pictures. I didn't like the fact that he said I was saying stuff bad about foreigners and that he was going to send some people after me .if he's OK with it I will pay for a lie detector test and we'll see who's telling the truth . This man is a danger for the safety of human beings .
