The letters that the complaint sent to the collection agency as proof of payment, were not generated by our company They had been fabricated Our company does not provide letters regarding proof of payment We have requested to see copies of the actual payments that show the amount they were for, who they were made out to, and the back in which they were endorsed This will be considered adequate proof of payment

I am rejecting this response because:These letters were received from Northlake property management, if we had fabricated these documents we would have made the account balance $0.00, and I was told the reason that these letters are fake is because the person who has their name at the bottom of these letters wasn't hired until OctoberNot because the company doesn't give an updated balance everytime someone makes a paymentThe payments were made via Money gram money orders, I offered to proved the numbers for the reciepts so they could verify where the money went, but they refused

We were made aware of this situation last week through the collection agency. of the residents have stated that they have made payments, but we are not in receipt of them. The collection agency is investigating their claim and has not received any proof of payments from the
residents thus far. We are working with the collection agency to get to the bottom of this issue, but until the resident provides proof of the payments that they claim to have made, their debt balance remains as the amount listed with the collection agency. Please submit your proof of payments to the collection agency so that we can resolve this issue as soon as possible

I am rejecting this response because: The collection agency has received the letters that we received as proof of payment, from Northlake property management, who has been stating we never made a payment if necessary, I will also provide those letter to whomever will need to see them.
