On March 14, I brought my [redacted] in to Northstar Ford for replacement of a front passenger signal light When I brought my vehicle in, it was in good condition which was evidenced by the video and photographs taken by cameras in the service bay at Northstar Upon completion of the service, I was informed that my front passenger headlight was damaged - they insisted it was damaged before my arrival, however I feel that it was damaged as a result of their efforts to change the signal light bulb They photograph vehicles entering the service department, and these photos were provided to me by the service manager when I complainedIn the photograph, my vehicle shows no damage when it is brought inIt is evident to me that my vehicle was damaged during the service appointmentI met with the service manager and he refused to take responsibilityI wrote several emails to [redacted] that went unanswered I have now completed the repair elsewhere at a cost of $

I contacted North Star Ford from a lead I had on a trade in Vehicle that I wanted to purchaseI was greeted by a smooth talking sales person named Wissam (Sam Sammy etc) *** *** * *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ***We discussed the truck I was interested in and he told me there was lots of other interest in the vehicle and I needed to immediately sign a contract and put a down payment on it to secure the vehicle for purchase or it would be gone the next day ** *** *** *** *** *** I was also told it was a completely secure deal and that I either got the truck or got my money backI told him I wanted the truckI asked him to run it through the shop to do a complete mechanical inspection and fix any issues it might have so it was registerable in BC as I was not able to view it in person so I needed him to be completely honest with me about it complete detailed description walk around visual inspection a
