[redacted] I am sorry to here about thatWe make everything we can to make sure our customers are happy at the end of the projectI am sure we did many thing to accomplish that in you caseWe fabricated your stone and at the time of installation you said to leave the "drops" here until you decide what to do with themWe stored for you, taking space from our own material, but this is ok, we have no problem with thatAfter a while you called saying you would like to have the piecesJust so you to know, we don't do deliveries, but as a courtesy I said that the next time we were around your area I could send the installers to bring the piece to you, since you live over an our from our shop.After some time, and some calls from you, I decided to bring to you your biggest piece and another small one, once again, as a courtesyThis is what we could have brought that day because they had to load their work for the day, it didn't fit on the truckThey drove one our to get there and another one back to the shopI still have you little piece here at the shop and you are more than welcome to come and pick it up at anytimeLike I said, we don't do deliveries of left over materials, we did for you as a courtesy like we do to a lot of our customers if you wanted before you should have told us and we would it with your countertopsLet me know what you decide and we will be here to best assist you.Paulo V [redacted]

You are being completely dishonest. The drops were always mine as per the signed agreement. They should have been delivered with the order. They were not delivered because, as you say, they could not fit on the truck. That was not my fault. And when you delivered the large "drop piece", you forgot to bring the small pieces.
