We scheduled an appointment approximately 2 weeks in advance for this company to do a tile & grout clean. The day before the scheduled appointment the office told us we needed to have cash for the appointment. Red flag right there, but then that wasn't enough the day of the appointment we were called to verify we had the cash in hand because the office wouldn't send the service man out until we did. Then they cancelled our appointment the same time they were to come and do the service. If the company is not stable enough to accept checks and/or credit cards they shouldn't be in business. Watch out for these scammers.
I hired this company today and they scam customers. I contacted their number 941-281-5028, from craigs list.. When speaking to them a man and woman couple, they stated they work for this company a year. Was given a price of $70 for carpet cleaning my mobile home and $99 for cleaning vinyl siding on outside mobile home. When they arrived they insisted I needed to pay up front and sign agreement, I had no choice. After they took my money and soon the woman called me in back of my home and stated they could not guarantee that they would be able to clean the back due to being too dirty. I told them I was given a price over the phone, and if they could not do the job, return my money. They stated there was a deep cleaning for an extra charge. I stated in the past all businesses did is spray a detergent and pressure wash it was vinyl siding. She kept stating could not guarantee to clean as the other areas of the mobile home. I stated return my money and I would hire someone else. The man with the woman tried to explain the same, again I demanded my money back. The woman started putting the hoses in the van. The male stated he would have to charge me at $70 service charge. I had no choice but to have them do the job, I knew they were scammers. After the job my carpets were still dirty, most of the siding is still dirty, as I have photos to show. The female cleaned 3 br, living room, small hallway carpets no more than 15 minutes, The siding cleaning took no more than 30 min, did not even smell any cleaning detergents. The truck's telephone number stated 239-454-3522. I am a professional, work for the federal government for 25 years, never have I seen such scammers. I will file charges against these criminals witht he state attorneys office.
