me.They started to have issues between them, where he did followed a customer in and cut her lockWe told her to call the policeand make a reportShe always said she couldn't involve the policeI did advise Ms *** that we can transfer her unit so that *** would not know where her unit wasI also told her she needed to move the items as soon as possible, to which she stated that she would, I was giving her the time to move and use of the two units without charge before the next weekOur security system showed she was in the facility with *** after hrs and had put *** on her contract as an access person giving him the gate code and keys to her unitSince Ms *** had said she would leave his items in * **, *** did come in to rent * ** since he couldn't move his items outNo incidents that Ms *** reported to us were reported to the police per Ms *** requestNow Ms *** vacated from * **How ever, our security system showes that she continues to come into our facility by following customers through the gate and tryed to illegally access tenant unit. *** reported she’d stole his keys, which his then lock changedThis is a relationship gone bad, they both were playing games and continuously lying to us to the point where we could not decipher the truthNorth Main Storage is not responsible or liable to settle domestic disputes on or off our facility and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Review: I have been renting Unit [redacted] FROM North Main Storage for 12 months. I am current on my storage fees to date. Approx. 2 weeks ago, I could not get into my unit because there was another lock on it that wasn't mine. After talking with [redacted] she looked back on the cameras and we learned I had someone accessing my unit and it was my ex boyfriend.We changed my gate code and she cut the lock off of [redacted] and charged me $25. Not too long after [redacted] suggested that I move my stuff to a different unit at no additional charge. She said to do it quickly but didn't give me a specific date. Over the course of the following week my ex ([redacted]) was harassing all the staff stating he had some belongings in the unit and insisted that he get in and wanted the lock cut. [redacted] said absolutely not and closed and went home. The following day she returned and saw that he was in my Unit and she called the police but decided to not press charges. I have a 10x30 unit that took a few U hauls and I loaded it myself and a friend over a few days.It is quite a lot to move one building away by myself on a cart especially scared that [redacted] would be lurking around. Needless to say I didn't get very much moved and it had been two weeks. Saturday I show up and [redacted] tells me that my new unit has been unlocked for three days and [redacted] had a second lock on it. He and I went to my new unit and it was empty.we went over to [redacted] and he cut the second lock and charged me $25 and told me not to worry that they will call the police anytime he is sited on the property. I just went to my storage on Tuesday and was told my [redacted] that I no longer have [redacted] and that it has been rented to someone else. She was yelling at the top of her lungs telling me I should expect moved it all by now. As I cried asking her for a better explanation she continued to yell at me while other customers stood by waiting to make a payment. It was embarrassing. I am completely shocked and have no clue what she thinks she's doing. I want access to my unit and oDesired Settlement: I want access to my unit and I want out. I think letting me use a truck for one day is not too much to ask. This woman is doing damage to this Company. I would consider taking a look at her ability to work with the public in a legal manner.
