This letter is in response to Better Business Complaint ID [redacted] This vehicle was towed from [redacted] ***Walnut Creek [redacted] stated that he did not authorize tow He is correct, the vehicle was requested and authorized to be towed at the request of Park Smart, the company that monitors that Private Property lot in Walnut Creek Mr [redacted] also states that “there were no unpaid parking tickets to merit this action.” I have included a printout from Park Smart that shows that this vehicle currently has outstanding parking tickets owed to Park Smart Park Smart authorized the towing of that vehicle from the Private Property lot that it was parked due to the outstanding parking tickets still owed to them North Main Tow provided the tow service and storage of the vehicle The amount due to North Main Tow for this service was $and payment was collected at the time vehicle was released Mr [redacted] is not entitled to any refund and still has outstanding tickets that are due to Park Smart

Park Smart authorized the towing of that vehicle from the Private Property lot that it was parked due to the 16 outstanding parking tickets still owed to them. North Main Tow provided the tow service and storage of the vehicle. The amount due to North Main Tow for this service was $210 and payment was collected at the time vehicle was released. Mr. [redacted] is not entitled to any refund and still has outstanding tickets that are due to Park Smart.
