And if you refuse to pay the extra charges, he holds your vehicle hostage, until you pay! he encourages you to call the cops to get your vehicle, because he knows that they side with him, and tell him to lock up your car until the dispute is settled. He also agrees to one labor rate, and when your final bill comes due, he jacks the rate to $100.00 an hour, then claims to have worked more total hours than he actually worked on the car. His work is shoddy at best. His business practices are the reason people hate going to mechanics, for fear that they are going to get ripped off!

North Mesa Auto took the time to accurately diagnose the problem with my truck before quoting me how much it would cost to fix it. Their cost was lower than the other quotes I received and they fixed the problem the first time. They were done with the work EARLIER than they said. Well worth the drive from anywhere in the Valley. I highly recommend this garage.
