Revdex.com called business to get business response -- spoke to Jacob ***.Mr [redacted] indicates that when Mr [redacted] had his vehicle towed in, it was "in pieces," with some parts laying on the front seat.When Mr [redacted] first contacted North Metro about the engine cover and bolts, Mr [redacted] says he told Mr [redacted] he didn't think he had the parts, and Mr [redacted] seemed okay with this news -- told Mr [redacted] he'd just go to a junkyard and find replacements, etc.Mr [redacted] says he was surprised when Mr [redacted] then sent him an angry two-page letter, began calling / texting during non-business hours, and took his frustrations to social media.Mr [redacted] says if he felt there was a possibility that his staff threw away these parts inadvertently, he would've been open to seeking out and providing replacement parts himself.But he says given Mr [redacted] 's actions and the fact that he has no way of knowing with certainty whether the engine cover and bolts were present as North Metro worked on the vehicle, he will not be reimbursing Mr [redacted] for these parts

I am rejecting this response because: HI, after calling and texting I told him I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and would post on yellow pages about the problem and lack of responseI had done buissness with him for years without a problemI do not like to be ignored byou a buissness that I pay money and get no responseThe cat being in pieces is bs everything was completely toget her and the parts in the car were parts off of a previous car incase they could use themI never complained about being charged for a new sensor when the used a used one from a car they had in backThey did that because when we went to pickup the car it wouldn't start and had to come back the next dayI do have all of the text messages and texts on my phoneI did say I had been nothing but nice to him and that was over and stated about the Revdex.comI do not accept his statementPlease let me know how to proceed because this is unacceptableThank, *** ***
