After coming home numerous times to a used toilet and moved items I contacted management who refused to believe anyone had come into my homeFor nearly a week the parking lot was flooded and many cars were inaccessible,I missed work,my daughter missed school, I advised management I would be late on rent and they refused to cooperate,upon working overtime I managed to come up with the money and proceeded to pay online with electronic check as I have always done in the past, the site was down, I tried again over several days and was unsuccessful,I called the office and never got the promise call back, I am now being forced to pay with my debit card which is an extra and in late fees

She wanted to have late fees waived, make a partial payment, and pay with a personal check. [redacted] explained thatafter the 4th of the month, we can’t accept personal checks or a partial payment. The office staff did ask if she had a receipt for the payment she said she made. [redacted] did not have any proof she had paid the rent on June 1, 2015.Per the Lease Agreement Section 6, on the 4th of each month $51.00 will be charged for late fees and $10.20 per day until paid in full. Also, in Section 6 it states that we may require cashier check and/or money orders at any time. Section 32 states that we are not required to accept a partial payment. The special provisions Section 9 of the Buy-Out Agreement in the lease states that resident will be responsible for all legal fees associated with the lease.The total late fees for this resident is $112.20 and the legal fee is $28.56. This give you the total of $140.76. My mother has been infested by bed bugs by her neighbor below them The apartment manager, ***, never notified her that they were bombing below her and they moved up*** and ***, the assistant manager have treated her so poorly They are not only not helping her with the situation but they are charging her $to do their treatment with their company, which doesn't work In order to bomb the apartment you have to pack EVERYTHING and take everything apart Her lease is up in July but she can no longer live there because she is so allergic to the bites that she is now paying to live in a hotelThe office won't even let her out of her lease early The company is all about the all mighty dollar and not about caring for their tenets

Worst apartments EVER!We have been here 3 weeks and its been a nightmare! They are cockroach infested and they wont do anything about it. They have sprayed and bombed, but nothing is working. I have told them on numerous occasions that the neighbors need to be check (They are extremely dirty) and they refuse to do so. Ever neighbor in my corner is also infested. This is a complaint we made the very first day we moved in, and it still is resolved. The assistant manager didnt do a damn thing for us and is very rude and [redacted]. I am disabled and have an autoimmune disease, therefore these conditions could make me very ill, but they dont care lol. DO NOT MOVE HERE! As of today I have reported them to [redacted], and Revdex.com.

SKEEVY spaanish-speakin-only maintenance fool likes hanging out at the pool and ogling girls. Let him know the tenants are watching him. He might want to do some work instead of drooling over LITTLE girls at the pool and hanging out for a half-hour. Freak!
