Review: The customer service here is incredibly disrespectful. For years I have gone here without having issue but today the owner who I have paid many times to fix articles of clothing had the audacity to call me "You not a good customer". After giving them a bag 2 weeks ago with a zipper that needed to be prepared, I came in 1 week ago to pick it up and pay the $8.00 for it which is a bit pricey but I didn't complain. Then after picking it up and dropping off a uniform shirt with a zipper that needed to be fixed, I found while putting things in my bag at my car, the zipper was not fixed and was still broken. I went back into the store since I hadn't left yet and was patient and nice to them even though I was upset that this zipper still was broken. I received no apologies but instead they asked me if I wanted them to fix it again and I told them if they could yes. They told me to come back Tuesday after 5pm and for the shirt to come back Friday. I returned Saturday at 4pm to pick up both due to my busy schedule and the shirt was not done. Although they have my phone number, they did not call me to tell me it wasn't done but had me come down there anyways. Then, when I asked for the shirt back, they told me they didn't even have it there and I would have to come back days later to pick it up. I told them then I did not want them to do anything else with it. When I picked up the bag, I found that it was finally fixed and she had put in a new one. Then she charged me again for it. She did not tell me that she was going to charge me again for this bag and explained to me it was because the zipper couldn't be fixed and she told me this. She did not tell me anything about the bag not being able to fixed. She didn't even give me a receipt then when I dropped it off the last time either. She said nothing and didn't even call me when she said she would call the first time if the zipper needed to be replaced. Then she tried to blame me and call me a bad customer. This is unacceptable customer service!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I shouldn't have to pay for something when they didn't even notify me that the zipper needed to be replace and that the cost. Furthermore, any thing that incurred a cost they should have called and discussed with me first before doing it and if they needed to replace the zipper, they should have told me that at the front desk and gave me a receipt when I left it there the second time telling me the cost.
