On February 19th 2020 at approximately 115am, my laundry was stolen from a dryer at this facility. I have filed a police report. I have tried contacting the business to no avail. I have left 3 voicemails and no one has gotten back to me. Its absurd that I cant launder my clothes at laundromat without them getting stolen, more egregiously asinine is the fact that the business cannot return any voicemail or accept any accountability for the matter. ALL OF MY CLOTHES WERE STOLEN! This is unacceptable!
To whom this may concern,We are very sorry to hear there were clothes stolen. However, we have signsposted in the laundromat saying we are NOT responsible for any items left unattended. This is a self-service laundromat therefore there are no attendants there. Chairs are provided so you can stay there and watch your clothes while they wash and dry. Sorry again to hear about your loss but we are not responsible for your clothes. Cordially,The Manager
The business failed to respond to myself or the police when the investigation began TWO WEEKS AGO. Not until this very moment have they reached back out. Their negligence has impeded the investigation and I will be filing a civil lawsuit against them for that.
