*** request we submitted his cancellations on January 31, at 12:08pm and received confirmation of submissionHis Tire and Wheel Service agreement with Lexus was canceled and the money did go towards his principal balance, however we did resubmit his cancellation request a second time on March 13, at 9:59am for his Dint and Ding Service Agreement after learning our request still had not been processed by Service Group the provider of the warrantyI followed up this morning with Service Group upon receiving this letter and they did reassure me that Mr***'s Dint and Ding Service Agreement has been canceled as of March 19, and the full refund amount of $will go back to the principle balance of his loan.North Park Lexus at Dominion strives to always uphold the most excellent customer service and we will treat each customer as we would a guest in our homeWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr*** has experienced and truly value him as a customer. North Park Lexus at Dominion failed to disclose a common (but expensive) power steering leak on a used RX They claim to inspect all vehicles but my third-party mechanic (who charged me $45) spotted the ubiquitous $repair issue in less than minutes When we pointed this out to Mike H***, our North Park sales person, during price negotiations, he offered to resolve the problem by charging us an additional $1400! Now, this is shady! But, North Park Lexus also advertised (online) that the vehicle had an 'iPod' port This vehicle did not Mistakes happen, data entry clerks overlook things, etc But, North Park Lexus at Dominion REFUSED to edit their online description of the vehicle and still maintain that the vehicle is 'clean' and mechanically in 'excellent condition' two days after we informed them of these issues! How would you feel if you purchased a vehicle in 'excellent condition' then discovered a $power steering leak a few months after purchase THAT NORTH PARK AT DOMINION KNEW ABOUT BEFORE THEY SOLD IT TO YOU? This is shady! North Park Lexus at Dominion is proud of their new $million facility but you are paying for it when you buy one of their used lemons! They are shady! Caveat EMPTOR!

This dealership is EXTREMELY SHADY. They tried to sell me a used car with a $2500 problem, and they tried to cover up the problem. Had I not gone to my own mechanic, they would have cheerfully sold me a BAD used car for a totally unreasonable price. The salesperson, upon receiving report from my mechanic admitted there was a problem. Then, the general manager LIED and told my family there was "no problem" despite the salesman and mechanic admitted to the problem. They finally sold that car to an unsuspecting buyer WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE EXPENSIVE PROBLEM. They are easily the shadiest company I have ever tried to do business with. They've got a $34 million facility to pay for, and they're doing it by scamming their costumers.
