[redacted]Again, [redacted] told me that she would cover the window that she had cardboard on it & did not. He wind in a storm blew off he cardboard & he window was wide open. When my family & I arrived with all of my belongings to move in, he window was wide open. My family reviewed the apartment & found black mold painted over in bathroom. The apartment was listed as clean. The air conditioning was running the entire time the window was out & ran up my electric. She told me when I called that she would refund all of the money but when my daughter & I got there she changed her mind. I do realize a window was coming in a week. If she would not do what she said about covering the window what would she do with the rest of my time here. My family spotted where dryer up on ceiling was filthy stove vent greasy drawers water stained. I already had all this previously. I only wanted what she promised. I had no choice but to sign the paper or she said I would get nothing. I had already put utilities in my name so of course I had wanted it. I just ask for what she promised on the phone & what I signed on the lease the day I met her to get my money back. That's all. She also had told me if I cleaned the bathroom, she would take 15.00 off next monh's rent as her back was hurt. I had no choice but to sign the paper or I would get nothing. She forced me basically. I did not want trouble.

Mrs. [redacted] looked at the condo at [redacted] on the 26th of May.  She decided she wanted the apt and came to my office to sign a 6 month lease for the condo.  She was also informed at the time about the windows, that they were older and we had ordered a new window in and the date that...

it was to be installed.  She signed that lease with that being stated to her.  She rented the apt for 12 day before she told me that she no longer wanted the condo.  I also did not post the condo again in the paper because she rented it.  Being that she decided she did not want the apt until 6/07/15, the other applicants already rented elsewhere.  With that said she agreed to take a check from us on 6/07/15 for 600.00 and forfeit the $300.00 deposit as written on the check that she cashed.  If I wanted to I could take Mrs. [redacted] to court for the whole 6 month rent.  There is no mold anywhere in condo [redacted].  It was rented to HUD previously and they do a full inspection.  Wheeling W.V. HUD [redacted] is the #. If Mrs. [redacted] insist we already talked to magistrate and are willing to take her to court for the reminder of rent, and defamation of character.  Mrs. [redacted] also has a copy of her lease, that she signed. Thank you,ABC Enterprises LLCNorth Park Properties Inc.
