This complaint has been resolved with Mr*** *** *** as soon as it was brought to the attention of Mr.*** ***, (*** ***)Refund of $was issued directly to the customer after permission was granted by Navy Federal Credit UnionThis approval had to be obtained because they
are the lien holder on this vehicle. We at North Park Subaru along with all our other North Park stores have always pride ourselves in being professional at all times, never under any circumstances will we tolerate any form of discriminationWe strongly feel there was none

Fort Worth, Texas, as of Monday, August 29th. We will be checking status of check going through our Bank daily, and will inform Customer as soon as that happens.
