Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As you can see on the communication I sent between the salesman and I, they accepted the car should have three Keys, so I said I expect at least two keyless entry key FOB programmed to my car or the cost of programming.Also, from the beginning I mentioned the problem with the air vent, and when the car was delivered to me I immediately called the salesman to complain about the window, subsequently on the messages between him and me, he clearly says they were more than willing to pay for the repairsIf he thinks I was overcharged for the repairs and the costs with him would have been lower, I agree that they pay my for the acceptable price they would have payd if it was done by them, but that's it Regards, [redacted]
After speaking to the salesman and the used car manager involved in the sell of the rxto the customer , I do not believe we owe the customer for any repairs he might have made to the vehicle after purchasing it At one point we were not going to retail the car at all because of the list of
items he wanted repaired that were cosmetic in nature Unfortunately a year old car is going to have some wear and tear on it .We agreed to do safety items and replace the tires , which cost over $dollars , and get him a second set of keys , nothing else . We have been unable to get the second set from the original owner so we agreed to make him a second set of keys to the car We are willing to help the customer but has demanded we pay for everything he has done to the vehicle after the fact , not accepting help for the second set of keys
