In response to the complaint filed by *** I want to explain what transpired during the sale of the *** *** to ***
*** saw the vehicle online for sale on our dealership website or ***,
*** etcWhen he visited our showroom he spoke with our salesman *** *** who showed him the ***, test drove it and showed all the features to him
During that inspection *** noted that the *** did not have the backup camera feature as was listed online in the features paragraph detail*** explained that it was written by our internet service provider and obviously it was an error*** although disappointed said he is still interested in purchasing the *** which he left a deposit, signed the purchase order and took delivery on January 23,
There was never a mention of the backup camera issue until a few days later when he called and said he thought we should give it to him at no charge because it was advertised online that wayHe was definitely told that this was an error at the time of purchase but he still wanted the vehicle knowing it did not have the camera option
***, we have been in business at this location over years and we have sold tens of thousands of cars over that time period and our customer reputation in the ***/*** area is of the highest standard of measurement
As to the resolution of this matter I have instructed our Sales Manager *** *** to reach out to *** and arrange a time at his convenience to drop off the *** so we may have the Backup Camera installed at no charge to him
I trust that this will close this matter to the satisfaction of all concerned

On November 12th, *** *** submitted a handwritten credit applicationBy signing the credit application, *** *** gave North Penn Imports the authority to run, review and submit his credit reportAs the Finance Manager, it was my
responsibility to review and submit his credit application to different banks for an approvalIn order to help *** ***, I submitted his application to the banks I felt gave him the best chance for an approvalIt had come to my attention after I had already submitted his application to different banks that *** *** only wanted his application submitted to one bankIn conclusion, *** *** authorized North Penn Imports to do our best to acquire him financing and that is what we did.Sincerely,Jason H

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of what the Finance Manager believe was "right." Under Pennsylvania Law, I issued a verbal limitation of the contract. He SHOULD HAVE KNOWN this limitation existed as it was told to the PERSON who accepted and REQUIRED that I complete the application. Ignorance of a limitation does not waive his obligation hereto. I will see you in court.

I PAID ADVERTISED PRICE, BUT BACK UP CAMERA WAS NOT IN VEHICLE WHEN VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TO CUSTOMER.Desired Settlement: BACK UP CAMERA NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED IN VEHICLE AS ADVERTISED.

In response to the complaint filed by **. [redacted] I want to explain what transpired during the sale of the 2011 [redacted] to **. [redacted].

**. [redacted] saw the vehicle online for sale on our dealership website or [redacted], [redacted] etc. When he visited our showroom he spoke with our salesman [redacted] who showed him the [redacted], test drove it and showed all the features to him.

During that inspection **. [redacted] noted that the [redacted] did not have the backup camera feature as was listed online in the features paragraph detail. [redacted] explained that it was written by our internet service provider and obviously it was an error. **. [redacted] although disappointed said he is still interested in purchasing the [redacted] which he left a deposit, signed the purchase order and took delivery on January 23, 2014.
