Review: After being in a car accident, and missing the final exam, the school withdrew me. I called for a week before going in to the school to speak with someone, and they told me I am forced to pay 1900$ before I can start the course over. When I told them I want to appeal, they won't return my phone calls. The Dean of students especially.Desired Settlement: I would like the withdrawal to be appealed and I would like the payment I made back, and the black mark off my credit.

In researching Complaint # [redacted] I have signed documentation from the student acknowledging the amount that she owed was $1983.57. The student signed acknowledgement and then made the first payment toward the amount owed. Our records indicate that [redacted] stopped attending classes, and made no attempt to contact her instructor. Based on Federal Guidelines regarding Financial Aid we followed necessary guidelines to return her money, by doing so this created a balance with the school that again [redacted] acknowledged and made payment towards. I have attached the document for your review.
