Review: North Plainfield Flash Taxi was to pick my wife and I up from the Newark airport on the afternoon of the 19th of July 2013 at 4:20 pm. While still on the aircraft proceeding to the terminal I received the first call from our driver who in a brusque way asked where we were. I informed him that we were still on the plane and that I would tell him when we got our luggage. When I arrived in the terminal I received a second call asking where we were and that he was waiting and I told him that we would have to get our luggage. When we got our luggage we proceeded to the pick up location to search for the driver, who did not answer us if he was for our name. Immediately what we heard greeting us was our driver complaining to us that he had to wait for a half hour for us. We told him that we had informed the office of our flight number and that I was assured that they would monitor the flight information. We didn't expect such a nasty response from the driver. We then asked him if he knew who we were or if he knew where we supposed to be taken. No Answer from him. We then asked his name and he told us that his name was number 7. We no longer trusted this person after his continued rudeness (we feared retribution if he knew where we lived) and we had him drop us close to our home in a public lot, paid the agreed fee and nervously got out of his vehicle. We attempted on three different occasions to talk to the owner of the company and were given the run around each and every time with the same nasty attitude. This was no way to greet people arriving home from a relaxing vacation, and no way to do business. This was such an inconsiderate and non-professional service...not a way to treat customers.Desired Settlement: We are entitled to a response from the management that we attempted to reach three times.
