My realtor and I requested help far in advance of my closing on a 6D formWhen it came down to getting help with it, our attempts at communication were ignored and I was left with paying a rush charge ($vs$100) on the form to receive it in time for the sale of my property on the closing dateWhen I emailed the replacement property manager and also the owner, I did not receive a responseI believe they should reimburse for the extra fee since it was no fault of mine or my realtor in trying to obtain it far in advance of my closing
