Check was mailed to Ms. [redacted] at the address provided in the receipt submitted for reimbursement. The address was [redacted] 03053. IF she does not have by end of the week, she is more than welcome to call the office and can pick up a replacement once we confirm it has not cleared the bank.

This individual was informed that she would be issued a refund check. This is in process and she should have within the next 10 days.
