On July 6th, 2017 we performed a pre-purchase inspection of a 2006 [redacted] for [redacted].While performing this inspection we found no issues with any of the components that [redacted] had mentioned in his correspondence. (Faulty ABC controller and manifold). [redacted] was present at our repair...

facility while we performed the inspection and was able to visually inspect the vehicle himself. No fluid leaks of any type were present at that time. Upon completing the vehicle inspection we mentioned to [redacted] that the navigation screen on the vehicles radio was damaged and needed to be replaced. This was the only failed item on the inspection that we discovered. As nothing other than the damaged navigation screen was noted during the inspection, [redacted] paid for the inspection ($150.00) and left our repair facility. At the time of the inspection neither the ABC controller or manifold was damaged or leaking. Noting the vehicles [redacted] report a pre purchase inspection was also performed by [redacted] of Naples, Florida on May 16th, 2017. No issues on the vehicle are noted along with that report. We performed our pre-purchase inspection thoroughly, covering every possible component of the vehicle. As [redacted] was present during this inspection, he made no mention of anything that he noticed while we were inspecting the vehicle for him. (Excluding the previously mentioned navigation screen)We are not responsible for issues that arise after the customer purchases the vehicle, as nothing was found faulty, failing, failed or damaged during our inspection. (Excluding navigation screen). We have no affiliation with the selling dealership, and this seems like a matter that would best be handled through the dealership that [redacted] purchased his vehicle from.  Thank you, [redacted]General Manager
