NPC is aware of the situation not being handled properly, with our previous painterUnfortunately his actions led for the items to escalate more and we have taken action with that employee in no longer working with our company, due to not following directions properly We are waiting for the rain to stop, eventhough it is under the eaves and seems to be dry due to the previous bubbling before we applied an y paint and afterwards trying to paint over and new bubbles resumed we cannot have any humidity or moisture and the rain does cause thisWE have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and he is aware of the rain situation and has been agreeable upon everythingWe cannot control the weather and will be correcting the items on Mr [redacted] as soon as the weather permits
It took the company weeks to return our call, communication is not their strong suit with the customer or their painting crew I am positive the Revdex.com complaint helpedMrF [redacted] and his daughter Kathy came over the 7th of July and viewed the bubbling paintI was told the area would be sanded down to bare wood and primed and painted with two coat of paintWe left for the weekend returning Sunday nightMy neighbor said the painters showed up and worked approximately an hour and leftI viewed the repaired area and it was bubbled worse than beforeThe area was not sanded down to bare wood as no paint chips or paint dust was visible anywhereI called MrF [redacted] and told him what I foundHis reply was his painters didn't do what was suppose to be done He is out of town for a week and I was told to wait till he returnsSo we wait the 4th week for this paint job to be repairedThis is just unacceptable work done by their employeesHow hard is it to sand wood and take your time and do a good job ? We have received Mr [redacted] complaints, and I personally spoke to him on June 30th, 2016, due to 4th of July weekend, I informed Mr [redacted] that we will resume on July 5th, and contact him thenJuly 5th-7th was raining and no exterior work could be performedOn July 7th, Hugo F [redacted] and I went to Mr [redacted] residence and spoke to him and addressed that we will fix the issues by the that weekendAs of July 8th, 2016, we started with sand the paint in order to remove the bubblingIt should be completed by July 15th,
