To Whom it May Concern, Our response in regards to the complaint filed is as follows - Owner demanded medication for a condition that the pet did not have; determined by the recommended test that was performedIt would have been an irresponsible and inappropriate use of antibiotics for the veterinarian to have prescribed what owner was requestingThe dollar amount refuted by owner is the cost for the urinalysis; which again, is what determined that antibiotics were not an appropriate treatment for pet
