Dr. Cohen will scam you and your insurance company by charging you for services he did not perform. Also, my third and final filling in the past 2 years from Dr. Cohen fell out of my mouth today. DO NOT pay for a filling if you want it to last for more than a year AND keep records of the procedures done. I would sue the life out of this dentist if I had the time. He is by far the worst dentist I've ever had.
