In response to the complaint the Ms [redacted] placed a check was put in the mail today in the amount of $26.91. Ms [redacted] had a balance of $5.40 dating back to September 3, 2014, as well as a balance of $3.91 for date of service March 10, 2015, leaving a balance of $26.91. I would also like to respond to...

the fact that this is the very first time I am being made aware of the issue. I not only did not receive any calls nor messages regarding this situation, there is no identification of who Ms [redacted] spoke to . We not only outsource our billing, we do not use a collection agency to put patients into. I hope this puts this issue to rest. I am attaching the statements of what Ms [redacted] owed, as well as a copy of the check that was mailed out. it is extremely difficult and very frustrating to answer a complaint that I was never informed of, nor do we have a name to coincide with what Ms [redacted] states.

Mr. [redacted] stated that he had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen, and that we have a strict policy for showing up on time is exaggerated. When in fact, Mr. [redacted] showed up for his appointment on 1/18/2016 at 10:43 am. When his appointment was at 10:30. At no time was he refused to be...

seen, and was taken in the room within 20 minutes, which is not unreasonable. As for Mrs. [redacted], she did have a physical, it was in her chart, and her chart was kept in normal every day filing. Mr. [redacted] is not being billed for services in 2013, rather for a bill in 2014. The bill that Mr. [redacted] is referring to is a not a coding problem, rather that he had a 4000.00 deductible. This bill is his responsibility. I am attaching a copy of the statement for your review. I have never received any messages, from Mr. [redacted] at any time to discuss his bill. in fact, on the statements that are mailed to the patients, there is an 800 number that is from our billing company. They are the ones handling all our billing calls. As always, it is upsetting to get a letter like this, but Mr. [redacted]'s concerns are not only inaccurate , but very insulting. I hope this clarifies the situation. I will be available if you have further questions.
