[redacted] contacted our office on 6/7/17 verbally abusive to our staff indicating, "We should not bebilling her for anything as she has insurance". Our office attempted to explain to [redacted] on this callthat her insurance requires a rental period, her particular policy will pay for a purchase of...

herequipment after the rental period. Each insurance policy sets the billing guidelines, our office does notset them. Also, our office will only bill her for the amount her insurance company indicates is herresponsibility to pay. Patient chose to continue to verbally abuse the office staff.Management contacted [redacted] on 7 /10/17 & 7 /12/17 no answer and again on 7 /13/17. A messagewas left on voicemail requesting she reframe from insulting and abusing the office staff. Our officereceived the payment in question, it was applied to her account so nothing is owed at this time, shouldshe have further questions she can contact management directly. Our office has not heard anythingfrom [redacted] since her initial call on 6/7/17.*Please view attached document.
