It is irrelevant whether I believe you or not. And that is not the reason for this.I took time off that day from work and spent 3 hours getting there and back for nothing.If I were to cancel with a few minutes notice you would have charged me anyway as your driver was already booked for that hour and I didn't cancel with enough notice. All I want is for you to treat me the way you expect to be treated and abide by the same rules.My time is not less valuable than your time as much as you would want that to be the case.... I had a scheduled driving lesson on Monday May 8, at 2pmI took the day off from work for thisIt takes me hour to get to the meeting location in QuincyI got an SMS message at 1:57PM (minutes) before the appointed time that the lesson is cancelledI understand that sometimes things make it difficult to keep appointments but if I were to cancel like that with no notice I'd forfeit the lessonYet this driving school did not even call me to apologizeI asked them to refund me the remaining lessons and another lesson for the trouble they had caused me with the time lost and my transportation costs to the lesson It took about calls within the next hour to get through to somebody
When I fiannly got through the receptionist said she'd have to speak with the owner and she got back to me after some time to say the owner denied this and would only refund the remaining lessons

Hi,We had an issue with the instructor and the instructor had to go to the Doctors and couldn't make it to the Driving hour. I tried asking several instructors to come in early to take the hour but none could come in such short notice. I tried calling a couple of times and there was no...

response, then I tried texting her that the hour had to be cancelled. I apologized through Text and My secretary had also apologized through the phone. She had done a previous 3 hours which she did the hours and 2 left including the one that got cancelled. I refunded her the two hours remaining on her account. I couldn't give a refund on the other Driving hours because they have already completed. I apologized for the situation and I tried to give her a free extra driving hour to make up for wasted time. I would like to apologize again but if the instructor didn't have an emergency I wouldn't have cancelled.

If this were a health issue it seems rather odd that this was cancelled 3 minutes before the appointed time.If I were to do this I would forfeit the lesson. There would be no doubt about that.I took time off for this lesson and had my driving test scheduled for coming week.  I lost 2.5 hours back and forth to Qunicy and now I am back to square one looking for a proper driving school.If you had told me in advance this lesson was cancelled it would be ok but this is not OK.
