To whom it may concern, I rec’d a letter today regarding an unhappy customerI am sorry to hear this, but I was aware he had buyers remorse months later and is wishing a full replacement plus extras I have been in business for years and take strong pride in only selling quality products from reputable Canadian CompaniesHe has one of the best products on the market within Canada and other countries In saying this, yes he has had a few easily fixed problemsAll problems were quickly acknowledged through e mail, phone calls and textAll products were ordered in and quickly replaced using service technicians from Halifax, [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted] *** Presently the spa has been serviced and part replaced( light box)Lights and there are no irregular readingsAll is working with new light control box, and new heater All correspondences were cc to technicians within Hydropool HotTubs , and District Sales Manager Attached are a few of our correspondences Please review and call me to discuss [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:It's working for now, same as all the other fixesMight only work a week, not sureI still want all money back and the tub gone

products from reputable Canadian Companies. He has one of the best products on the market within Canada and other countries.  In saying this, yes he has had a few easily fixed problems. All problems were quickly acknowledged through e mail, phone calls and text. All products were ordered in and quickly replaced using service technicians from Halifax, [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted].  Presently the spa has been serviced and part replaced.
