Good Morning,The vehicle that was towed was a guest of Mr [redacted] and was parked in the no-parking fire laneResidents and their guest are subject to towing if they are found parked in the fire lane as it is important that emergency services have unobstructed access to all of our buildingsThe fire lanes are in accordance with local requirements and are even subject to a fine by the fire marshal if found parked in the restricted areaWe do provide limited additional parking for our residents in addition to their assigned carportsAlthough Mr [redacted] has a contract with Andrews Square West, the lease does state that vehicles in no parking lanes can be towed.Sincerely, [redacted] ***District Manager
