we have fallen short of your expectations.
We did perform a diagnosis per
your request.  As always we inform our customers that if the diagnosis results
in  components that are not covered by the warranty company, there will be

charge for the diagnosis. That fee will be credited if you choose  to
repair the issues.  Since it seems that we did not
explain this properly or possibly you did not understand our procedure. I will gladly
refund you half of this fee. If you wish to repair the vehicle with us, I will credit you 100%
of the charge for the diagnosis and offer you a 10% discount on top of the
repair.

The car was purchased new. Do you want me to send the title and purchase order. I was on a three year warranty plus an extended warranty. My contention is that I had four bad parts in the car that were part of the original equipment. The first part went bad at approximately 13000 miles.
