Very happy with my service with dominick, however, a note. While paying my bill on line, it came up TEST MODE. accepted payment but did not give a transaction number or confirmation page. A little uncomfortable making payment in test mode.thank you

I can't say enough about Dominick from Dominick Fuel. He was prompt, friendly, competent and patient. Our problem wasn't particularly straight forward, but he troubleshooted it quickly. The job required two people and instead of putting me off until another day, he called in another co-worker who came very quickly. In addition, a part needed to be ordered, and Dominick put in the order immediately and told me he'd get it the next day. When I explained I had to be out of town for a family issue the next morning, he put me on as his first call and came first thing and resolved the rest of the issue before I had to leave town. We are up and running and I can't thank him enough for his professionalism and courtesy. Love this company!
Always get great service from Dominick. After the service, we ended up with a leak in the boiler and they had a tech come out within a half to fix it at 10:30 at night. Great response from the service people. The night tech was (and is always) fantastic.
Dominick Fuel continues to amaze me with their qualified service personnel. Our air conditioner malfunctioned. The service rep quickly identified the problem and fixed it.

Every service call, every interaction, and every fuel delivery has been exactly as needed and where service is involved the courtesy and knowledge of the technician involved has been outstanding. Little things, like removing shoes, explaining the actions taken, leaving family members comfortable with the actions taken all make this company a valued service organization. I do not male recommendations like this very often, but Dominick deserves to be recognized.
I was very satisfied with Mike, Randy and Mark from Dominick as they were a huge help with fixing my old [redacted] AC unit. It's an old unit from the 1980s that is due for replacement but I'm trying to get one more season out of it as these [redacted] AC units built in [redacted] were well built. Before Dominick, another company's tech could not or would not fix it but charged me for the service call. After that, two other companies tried to sell me new units. I then found Dominick who after helping me diagnose the problem over the phone, and after finding the last available part in NJ, had the old unit up and running again within minutes. Good work!
Dominick was fantastic. Very thorough and was sweet enough to work very quickly to complete the work so that I could leave and go to the office and not miss work. Didn't try to upsell anything, was just very professional and very honest. Excellent service and can't say enough positive things about him.
