We had North Shore Pest Detective treat our place on December 10, I called a few days later because we still saw live bugs in a couple of locations I reached a polite female representative who said to monitor for longer and call them back if I still saw bugs I called in early January I reached a male representative who proceeded to give me a minute lecture on bugs and then sell me further services He said they took no responsibility for their work, unlike other companies we had contacted who come back within a month period I want to warn other consumers so they dont make the same mistake we did This company is not worth your time or effort, because their service isnt effective and they take no responsibility
We had an ant issue I called and they scheduled someone for the following day When I got home the work had been done and problem was solved They were very quick and efficient without any inconvenience to me Awesome service Thank you
We have North Shore Pest Detective come annually, to spray for ants Our technician, *** was punctual, polite, and upon the discovery of another "pest", was very thorough in explaining my options I was extremely pleased with the service, and have already recommended them to several of our neighbours

One of the team members came to my house on 3 occasions to help with a mouse problem. He was fantastic. Prompt efficient and knowledgable about what could happen before the next follow up visit. I called the technician a few weeks later had some questions before he came back and it gave us a plan of how to tackle the problem. My experience with North Shore Pest Dedctive was very good. I would recommend to use them if you require any pesty critters that you need to vacate your home. They are very helpful

I could not be happier with my experience with Pest Detectives (the Tri-Cities location). They were very helpful an the phone and the technician who came to the house to get rid of some carpet beetles was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very reassuring. Finding bugs in your home can be very upsetting! But he went through everything and made us feel very comfortable. I had also had a positive experience with the company a couple years ago...they had identified a bug that I had found in my house and all I had to do was send them a photo of it. They didn't charge for that, and they were helpful and friendly. So I knew that if I ever needed service, I would use them. And I'm glad I did.
