speaking with several people concerning your situation I was told that tickets were finally mailed to you on 12/16/15. You should have them by now and they will be honored this coming year. If you don't have the tickets yet, please feel free to contact me directly.
As a way of further expressing our appreciation for your interest in the North Shore Scenic Railroad and to make matters right for the coming year, I am also refunding your money for the tickets you purchased but were unable to use in 2015. I am very sorry that your granson's illness prevented you from coming to see the magnificent colorful autumn foliage that line the tracks of our railroad going up the North Shore of Lake Superior and deep into the Majestic North Woods. I trust he's feeling better and will be able to ride the train in fall.

It should not take two months to mail out tickets and I have spoken with the individual you mentioned in your complaint and I think he understands not that follow up is extremely important when it comes to customer satisfaction. I hope you'll give us another change to show you the Great North Woods by Train.
