Review: I've been going to this tanning salon for over 8 yrs with no problems. Last summer I made numerous complaints to the employees regarding the bulbs not working in the beds. After 2 weeks went & nothing was fixed I asked to speak with the owner & was told I had to speak with the manager John who only works on the weekends. When I spoke to him, his response to me was "we don't have the money right now to fix them." As a customer, I don't want to hear that especially when my monthly fee is taken out of my checking account by [redacted] through [redacted]. As of 2 1/2 months ago the bulbs in some of the beds, especially the face tanners in beds (6 & 8) are out again. I let the employee at the service desk know & she assigned me a new bed which those bulbs were out also. Every other day I went in the salon, the bulbs are still out & I was told the same thing I was told last summer which was they didn't have the money to fix them. I asked to speak to the owner because I'm tired of paying a monthly fee and not getting the service I pay for & was told I had to speak with the manager John who of course wouldn't be in until the weekend, so I left him a note telling him they're still out & until they're fixed I should be upgraded to beds that are fully working & I left my number so he can call me. I asked the employee to give a copy of the note to the owner also. No one got back to me. Monday 6/29 when I went in to the salon the bulbs are still out on the beds & every time I ask to speak with the owner I'm told she's not available & I'd have to speak with John because the owner doesn't speak English. I asked her how she communicates with her if she doesn't speak English & was told they don't, everything goes through John. I also asked the girl why they're not getting fixed and I'm constantly getting they don't even know they're not working or they don't have the money which I told the girl no customer wants to hear that especially when the spa is taking there monthly fee out of my checking account.Desired Settlement: This Spa needs to make sure all there equipment is working at all times & if not customers should be able to use the next level beds until those lay down beds are fixed otherwise the customer should be getting a portion of there money back. The owner & the manager should be responding to all customer complaints instead of ignoring them. I feel I should be compensated in some way whether a partial refund or a month of upgrades. This owner needs to be on notice instead of just taking our money.
