Yesterday I got a email saying they can't fit 2 walkers in their cars?} I have a small vehicle and fit 2 of them fold them up. Can't they put one in the trunk and one in the back how ridiculous! I am taking this further!

I m writing this email re a incident with North Shore Taxi. It has taken me awhile to deal with this . My mother took a north shore taxi to [redacted] north Vancouver. She gave the taxi driver a address card so he would know where to let her off. He let her off on the wrong street she was lost didn't know where she was. My mother is 97 years old she can't walk

that well and has a walker. The taxi lstopped let her get out and took off.

She walked 2 blocks and nearly passed out a couple stoppedand asked if they could help her. They gave her some coupons that would help her with another taxi. They called one ontheir cell phone . If it wasn't for this couple my mother could of being laying on the pavement!! My son and I went to North Shore taxi only the receptionist was there and said we had to come back next week!! Unbelievable!! She said yes I have found the taxi stop but can not release any information.

The driver's at north shore taxi are suppose to cater to the public . Get out of the taxi walk them to the place and
make sure they are at the right place .
Just to think if it was your mother how would you feel ?? I am extremely upset and am going further with this matter.
This driver needs to be fired and license taken away . Some times they won't even pick her up as she and her friend have 2 walker's saying they have no cars available. They have waited over one hour sometimes and then get a call saying they can not do it! This company needs to improve and if it can't then it needs to be shut down...

Also the driver doesn't even help them get in the vehicle just sits at the driver seat!!

This is unacceptable!! North Vancouver needs a better company who will cater to people in wheelchairs , walker's etc.

My mother got 30.00 in coupons from them today! You got to be kidding!! Where is a letter of apology ?? Where is the
sorry driver??

How dedicated is the Manager to his regular customer's who count on them? Has he made a phonecall to his customer
saying how sorry they are and give them at least that? No not a call nothing! Just send coupons ?
