Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: while I do have my own insurance policy it does not cover damage cause from lack of building maintenance & poor drainageI may have rented a plain old unit but I did expect some protection from the weather regardless of how often I did or did not check the unitThe leak in the roof around the screws were not found until I had removed over half of my itemsIt's unrealistic to think someone is going to remove every item from a unit every monthThe first yrs were without any issuesAside from the front wall & door having large cracks & a hole I would have never thought of checking to see if the roof was sealed, I'm sure I would not have been allowed to climb on the roofThe damage is from lack of maintenance to the building & poor drainage in my opinionI'll stand by the pictures Sincerely, [redacted]
