Review: On January **, 2014 I had routine blood work done. On this one occasion the office sent blood samples to a different lab, one not covered by my medical insurance. The office agreed to cover the $316.77 cost of the lab work (which makes sense since losing me as a patient would cost them more in just co-pays). Since then my wife and I have repeatedly called the office and only to get excuse after excuse; "the woman who takes care of that is not here right now, I'll leave a note"; "I have a note here saying it was paid yesterday, it must not have gone through yet", etc, etc, etc). We are currently in collections. It is May **, 2015, and we need a third party to intervene.Desired Settlement: We are requesting the $316.77 to credited to the debit card they have on file or a check sent for that amount to our home address.We are leery of having Northport Urology pay [redacted] directly unless there can be immediate and direct proof of payment as I fear it is likely the Revdex.com will get the same runaround that we do.
