Business called and said they will come to repair fence per contract /plan (41' short side) (next week) week of July 20th - customer ACCEPTS North Smithfields Fence response.Price was never the issue, it was the fence installation- not following the salesman's fence installation plan- 41' on the short side ( North Smithfield Fence installed 40', one foot short of plan requirement).Customer comment -- North Smithfield fence written response to Revdex.com is not factual, regardless, North Smithfield Fence said they will they will fix their error. Thank You and we will let the Revdex.com know when fence is completed

Below you will see the correspondence we have had with the [redacted]'s concerning this matter.We have not heard back from them yet concerning this matter and how we can proceed to make things right.As far as my installers are concerned it has come down to a "he said she said" situation.The installers...

went out aware of the change in styles of fence and knowing that in order to make it work they needed to start at the wooden post near the arbor, [redacted] (the husband ) insisted they start at the house (he is a retired "engineer".)The husband was outside overseeing the installation both days to the point where he was moving and pulling on posts while the men were trying to work, which resulted in some very frustrated installers, who needed to then go back and re-adjust things.I do not want to get into a dispute over the husband actually micro managing and getting the end result the way he instructed.The day after the completion when [redacted] called to complain she insisted that no one was home during the install.We are in a tough spot here and I can not see how it is ok for her to file a complaint when she owes a balance of $2,205.13 and will not allow us back on the property to make the necessary adjustments.
