I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In regards to the letter form Blizzard ManI never called and said I would accept damaged panelson a new trailer When I picked the trailer up I showed terry the panels that were damaged and she agreed to order new panels and replace at a later date because she said 3-months to get new ones inShe was aware I was not happy and would do what was right to fix the problemWhen they did the repairs on the seam that the didn't do right the first time, I never told them to replace the panelsTerry called me said it was done and agreed to leave it outside the fence so I could pick it up later that nightIt was 10.:at night when I picked it up At that point I couldn't see the repairs because if I did I would have left it there until done rightI saw the repairs next morning was not happy and called terryAnd at that point Michelle said it was what it wasThey were not going to do anything about itI registered this trailer through the mail per Terry sending me all the paperwork and never seeing the trailer assuming it look good with no damage since it was brand new Regards, [redacted]

I have received your letter and the· response is as follows.  Mr. [redacted] ordered this trailer custom from us. We had to order the Blue Skill. It came in dented three  seperate times and we were in ¢on tat with Mr. [redacted] through this process. Terry, my employee worked with...

him.   He called to say he needed the trailer so he agreed to accept it with the best Blue skin we could get out of all   these blue skin orders. We built it and there were creases in some of the skins. He received the trailer form Terry  and agreed it was ok! He later called and spoke with her and myself. Between him and myself, he agreed to  accept diamond plate trim down both sides and the back to compensate him for the creases. He suggested this  solution. I agreed with it and he brought it up and we installed the diamond plate at a cost of $695.00 to me. He also had an issue with the side skin by the door. Because of the placeent of the door, the skin next to it was to narrow and when he came back up. we replaced the skin by the door. l personally explained to him that his trailer had been out in the sun and faded slightly so the new skin would be slightly different. He seemed to understand. We finished the work on the trailer and he picked it up again, and seemed to be happy. Later he called me complaining about the skin color. He insists that the skin we put on was "Metallic Indigo Blue" which I haveNEVER seen in the 20 years I have been in business. In the parking lot here at the plant. I showed him the huge difference in the Metallic to the regular skin we use as we have Black, Pewter and Charcoal Metallic skin in stock.You can clearly see the mettalic fleck in the metallic skin we carry. He could clearly see the difference in the parking lot that his Indigo Blue skin"was not Metallic. ··  The skin we replaced was exactly the same Indigo Blue skin that we have always had, just that his had been  outside in the sun and faded slightly. I can do nothing more for him, as replacing more skin would result in the  same ending as it has now been out in the weather longer than before.Unfortunately, he should not have accepted it originally. He should have asked to have it re-skinned before he  took it and registered it and used it. The diamond plate we installed on the bottom of the trailer was no where  near the creases that were bothering him so I did not see how he would be happier with the creases still, just  diamond plate trim at the bottom. :He said he should have originally ordered the diamond plate as he always liked  the way it looks.I don't know where to go with this problem. Any fix at this point will still give him the same results.  I am sorry this has come to this but it was his choice. Please advise from here on, what he feels I should do.
