Review: My name is [redacted], I bought a 2012 lexus is350. The sale person name is [redacted] told me the vehicle still under warranty. I brought it to the lexus dealership. The dealer told me ( NO )your car has been in a collusion many time, it will not cover all the defective parts. It cost me 1,753 dollar to get it fix. I call [redacted] and told him about the problem, he promise to paid me back, but he never did.Desired Settlement: Paid me the money back for the repair off the vehicle..
